Alison started her career in advertising in Account Management at Leo Burnett after graduating from the University of Michigan. After spending a few years at Leo Burnett, she joined Crispin Porter + Bogusky (where she crossed paths with Hook for the first time during their first break into banner world). After CP+B, she joined CHI&Partners, a London based agency, and helped set up their US operations. In 2014, she joined Hook as Head of Operations and splits her time between the LA and Ann Arbor office (where she also just finished her MBA at the University of Michigan).
