Tim was co-founder of one of Australia’s largest digital agencies, Reactive. Over 19 years Reactive grew to 150+ staff across offices in Melbourne, Sydney, New York, London and Auckland, and was acquired by Accenture Interactive in 2015.

In 2006 Tim established Reactive's London office, with clients including STA Travel, British Airways, Wembley Stadium and Tesco. In 2009, Tim returned to the Melbourne head-office.
