Joe Olsen is a lifelong entrepreneur. As one of digital marketing and advertising’s pioneers, Joe’s worked with companies of all shapes and sizes to help achieve success in the digital age, delivering award-winning work for many of the world's largest brands along the way.

As the founder of Phenomblue and CEO of the agency for 15 years, Joe joined SoDA and served on the SoDA board of directors prior to selling the agency in 2016. In 2017 he started a SaaS company called Birdsnest which was acquired by MediaMonks in 2018. As part of the acquisition, Joe joined the MediaMonks team as SVP, Growth responsible for the company’s growth strategy and customer acquisition practice.
