Kath has worked on both the client and agency sides of digital for the past 18 years.  Before co-founding Deepend Melbourne at the beginning of 2010, Kath held several senior management positions as head of product for companies such as Bluefreeway, realestate.com.au (Australia’s leading real estate website), SEEK (Australia’s largest employment website) and Nielsen// Netratings.  Kath has held a number of board positions and is currently a Board member of SoDA, Code Like a Girl and tradiee.com.au.  Kath has a background in market research and a passion for diversity and work/life balance in the workplace and is a mentor for a number of women in digital in Australia.
