Peyton is a firm believer in the power of design thinking and human-centered design to transform businesses. He has spent the past 10 years immersing himself in agency life, providing digital solutions to a wide variety of business problems. His main focus areas in recent years include growing and mentoring UCD teams, designing new structures to scale agencies, working closely with clients on strategies for digital product design, and pondering the next generation of what an “agency” means. When not spending time at EffectiveUI, he hopes to give back to the community by teaching classes.
