Steven joined Voltage in 2008 as employee #1. Since then, he has gone through the ranks of Jr. Developer, Sr. Developer and Technical Director. Steven has a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering and a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Brigham Young University. Steven has graduated to President/ COO where he organizes the chaos, builds processes to manage the business, and leads the team to victory. His analytical skills, consistency, and passion for web work help guide Voltage on a steady course to success. Steven believes in giving back to the community and utilizing his resources to be a Force For Good. He is the volunteer founder of the Louisville Laravel Meetup. He donates several hours weekly to his church and local community. His greatest joys are his wife and his daughter.
